We hope you absolutely love your order.
But if something isn’t quite right, we’re always here to help
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
To start a return, simply email us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, some items (such as pet accessories) may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method as soon as possible.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can sort it quickly for you.
